Why is it so important and how can you become a better time manager while encouraging your team to do the same?

This virtual ‘lunch and learn’ provides a crash course in developing time management and prioritisation skills – for both yourself and others; focusing on juggling tangible and intangible tasks in a deadline-driven, pressurised environment.

The 60-minute session is ideal for those in leadership roles or individual employees who wish to develop their own time management and prioritisation skills.

The course includes the following:

  • Impact of poor time management on the individual and the team
  • Practical guidance to manage poor time management in the team
  • Introduction to tools and techniques to manage poor time management

  • Discussion around real-life scenarios related to time management and prioritisation
