CONFERENCE PRODUCER
TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIO
Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 individuals across 7 offices, and we are recruiting a Conference Producer to join our welcoming technology portfolio team in our Herne Hill office.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, with a starting salary of £27,000 (DOE) plus benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.
Excitingly, you’ll be part of a creative team producing cutting-edge conference programmes for our Technology Portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to shape industry-leading events, interact with key industry players, and influence the direction of future conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to develop relevant and engaging conference agendas
- Network and build contacts through industry events and research calls
- Compile conference agendas with themes, topics, and speaker invitations
- Manage speaker invitations, communications, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align on key topics and promotional strategies
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media, and event previews
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure topical relevance
- Maintain and update research and speaker databases
- Handle administrative tasks related to conference production and speaker management
