Shorthand exam sittings remained steady for the 2009/10 academic year. There were 4468 sittings at speeds of 60-120wpm in 2009/10 compared to 4424 the previous year.
Shorthand exam sittings remained steady for the 2009/10 academic year. There were 4468 sittings at speeds of 60-120wpm in 2009/10 compared to 4424 the previous year.
The figures point to an increase in the number of students aiming for higher speeds of 110-120wpm compared to 2008/09. Sittings more than doubled for the 110-120 wpm exams in 2009/10.
