Awards for Excellence shortlist

The shortlist for the 2011 NCTJ Awards for Excellence in Journalism is now available online.

The shortlist for the 2011 NCTJ Awards for Excellence in Journalism is now available online.

Twenty six students on NCTJ-accredited courses and trainee journalists working towards the NCE have been shortlisted in the following categories:

  • News journalism
  • Sports journalism
  • Top Scoop/exclusive
  • Features of the year

Final judging will now take place and the winners will be announced at the Society of Editors’ conference in Egham on 14 November.
