Success for NCTJ broadcast students
Students who completed the NCTJ broadcast journalism module during its pilot year are now beginning their first jobs within the industry and many have secured sought after roles thanks to links made during their training.

Laura Garcia who completed MA Multimedia Journalism at the University of Kent has been freelancing for BBC Radio Kent, ITV Meridian and 5 News.
Jordan Moates has secured a job with Citybeat Radio in Belfast after completing the MA Journalism course at University of Ulster, while his fellow Ulster student Natasha Millar is now working at UTV. Other Ulster graduates are working at BBC and commercial radio stations in Northern Ireland.
Graduates from the MA Journalism at the University of Salford are now working at BBC Radio 5Live, UTV and Turkish TV station ATV.
MA Multimedia Journalism graduates from University of Sussex are working in a variety of roles including local radio, an Indian TV station, French production company and American magazine The Defense Report.

NCTJ broadcast journalism can currently be studied at Glasgow Caledonian University, Harlow College, University of Kent, University of Salford, University of Sussex and University of Ulster.
