More than 100 guests from the media and education joined The National Council for the Training of Journalists in celebrating its 60th birthday at a party last night in London.
Eleven students have been rewarded for their hard work in the Diploma in Journalism exams after being presented with awards at the annual NCTJ Student Council meeting, which was hosted by BBC Academy Birmingham on Friday, 2 February.
The best performing NCTJ-accredited courses are being celebrated as the NCTJ publishes results tables for 2019-20.
The top-performing NCTJ student at the University of Ulster was presented with a shorthand award by chancellor James Nesbitt on Tuesday 17 December.
