Award-winning media law performances

The best performers in the last academic year’s NCTJ media law exams were honoured at the Media Law Seminar on 30 March, winning awards sponsored by Johnston Press and Oxford University Press.

Shorthand performance rewarded at seminar

Hannah Scott, the winner of the Archant award for best performance in the 100wpm shorthand exam, received her prize from Archant North London group editor, Geoff Martin, at the NCTJ’s shorthand seminar in London yesterday.

NCE Prize winners announced

Four trainee reporters have been recognised for their exceptional performances in November’s National Certificate Exam – earning each of them a £250 prize.
