Imposter syndrome is a term that describes self-doubt which, at times, can be crippling and can affect people’s careers.

Many people talk about imposter syndrome as many experience to varying degrees of severity during their careers.

As a leader and manager, it is important to recognise the signs of imposter syndrome in others and also if it creeps up on you.

This course will open the conversation about it and show different definitions of imposter syndrome and how it can negatively impact on performance. It will also offer advice on dealing with it if it arises in you or others.
